Pet Policy
At the Villages at Reeves Farm, we welcome up to 2 pets per home, with breed restrictions in place. Enjoy the company of your furry friends for a small monthly fee of $20 per pet. Additionally, there is a one-time pet fee of $350 for one pet & $500 for two pets.
